Fronius India’s new sustainable ‘Innovation and skill center’ at Pune

Fronius India Private Limited has been operating from the Bhosari industrial area, Pune, since November 17, 2020.

Fronius India as a subsidiary of Fronius International GmbH commenced operations 7 years ago with headquarters at Chakan, Pune and have now shifted to their ‘Own’ premises, to accommodate the growing needs of a wider customer base. The premises are centrally located with good connectivity making for an easy commute. 

The warehouse is now doubled in size, allowing Fronius India to hold a larger selection of products for customers’ convenience. The new facility has much more to offer, being named as “Fronius India Innovation & Skill centre”.

Robotic welding Booths; Manual Stations; Compact Cladding cell; Semi- Automatic Pipe welding system; Non- Destructive testing facility; Dedicated area for Metal preparation; Fume/ Dust extraction system; changing rooms; Welded samples display area. 

Perfect welding division of Fronius India has a full-fledged technology centre, spread across 4500 Sq Ft. Area. The Innovation centre is well-equipped for conducting trials & training simultaneously, ensuring that innovation & skill building happens faster and smoother. The dedicated Repair Centre of 4500 Sq Ft. area is available for better support towards repair/warranty spares & service. 

Office Area 

Fronius India new office has a state-of-the-art infrastructure, with ample space. It also houses a training centre along with a separate area for small group discussions. The reception area represents the history and true DNA of Fronius business. The office staff operate from the 1st floor and the technical team from the mezzanine floor. The entire Innovation and skill centre & Repair centre can be viewed from the mezzanine floor. There is also a terrace-garden. The whole premises has ample green cover that provides a good ambience. There is a bio-digester and also a rain harvesting pit to ensure Sustainable disposal of solid waste and rainwater. There is ample parking space in the premises. The temple of Lord Ganesha in the premises shall shower blessings on the visitors. 

Warehouse 

The warehouse facility is sprawling in 10800 Sq. Ft. Area; this will enable for swift despatches as well as reduce lead time. The ERP facility is incorporated to identify each and every part in seconds. Warehouse is built to International standards with all the safety protocols in place.
