SS sewage pumps: reliable, efficient

The company has recently launched SS sewage pumps, manufactured in indigenous technological backup plant. These pumps come in 0.5 HP and 1 HP with flow rate from 20 to 208 lpm. A precision manufactured motor is achieved using a laminated sheet steel production process combined with the highest standard of quality control. The drive shaft and rotor assembly is heat — treated and the stator and wiring impregnated with varnish and then heat dried in an industrial oven. This ensures a 100 per cent quality manufactured motor with stable characteristics and a high efficiency.
Standard accessories include float switch, VCT cable with an epoxy resin sealed water – resistant cable base, AC thermal motor protector, dual mechanical seal and lip seal design, which prevents water entrance into the motor. These pumps find wide application in hotels, wastewater treatments, drainage of sewage in industrial processes, pumping surface and allied areas. Outfitted with automatic reset motor protector to ensure safe working by preventing from burning due to high temperature, voltage drop etc., the offered SS sewage pumps are very reliable.
