Schneider Electric launches Acti 9

Schneider Electric launched Acti 9 communication system. The company claims that Acti 9 is an industry first communication capable final distribution offering (MCBs, RCDs and Modular devices) exclusively from Schneider Electric. The range of MCBs and RCDs is being manufactured in the new global plant of Schneider Electric at Chennai.
User can monitor and control the final distribution and control the final distribution system via internet through Modbus or via smartphone through GSM network. Acti 9 system will be most beneficial to projects like datacenters, shopping malls, airports, critical process plants, hospitals, residential complex, hotels etc.
Commenting on the launch of Acti 9, Kshitij Batra, Country marketing- PCP and FD- Power BU, said, “Acti 9 is also a green product made of 100% recyclable components and is completely environment friendly with REACH and RoHS compliance. The cost of product depends upon the complex in which the product will be installed.”
