Currently, the company focuses on two core businesses:  engineering and automotive, and operates from its state-of-the-art ISO 9001 certified manufacturing plant in Chinchwad, Pune. Premier’s CNC machines have been amongst the few chosen brands to enjoy international customer preference, both in advanced nations like USA, UK, Germany, Russia, East Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Its design engineers have presented papers in international conferences and machine tool research conference on various occasions.In 1983, the company received an award from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Delhi for performing best company standardisation activities. In 1984 and 1987, Premier received a productivity award from the National Productivity Council. Its plant has been certified under ISO 9001 since 1993, by the Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).
