Muratec offers Precision Machineries [Feb 2012]

M-2048UT with SL – 1250: New compact and economical automated sheet metal system Muratec launched the CNC AC Servo Turret Punch Press Motorum 2048UT during last Imtex 2010. The above machine has been designed mainly to reduce the noise level and improve the performance in punching and forming. The single hit processing time with Y-axis 100mm pitch is 0.375 seconds. The machine uses latest carbon reinforced plastic fiber (CRPF) for its rigidity and light weight in ramdrive.
Now UT is displayed with a newly designed compact automatic loader for unmanned production. The loader has been designed with flexibility to accept two different operating patterns. The loader comes with advanced features such as double sheet thickness detector, a separate scheduler, etc. It has the capacity to handle sheet sizes of 1250mmX2500mm (thickness up to 3.2mm).
Press Brake BB 4013 – New Ball Screw driven electric Press BrakeMuratec, a pioneer in AC Servo Sheet Metal machines has designed and developed a fully electric Green Press Brake BB 4013. BB 4013 is built with rigidity and a special offset frame to accommodate full length bending over full ram stroke.
