Today Spareage stands as a market leader in India for Seal manufacturing and also looking forward to be a global leader with a total workforce of more 650 employees and a consistent growth of 30% annually. Almost 60% of the manufacturing is exported to the quality conscious markets of Europe, U.S.A and Canada.
 
What kind of products your company is providing and how wide is your distribution network?
Spareage manufactures Pneumatic & Hydraulic seals, Rotary Shaft seals, O-Rings in many different sizes, profiles and materials. It manufactures customized seals up to 3000 mm in diameter. All the processes are in-house giving Spareage the control and maintain product quality at all stages. 
 
We have a very strong dealer and distributor network, with six regional offices catering to the needs of more than 6400 clients across India. While we have a strong market share in Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. The efforts are on to ensure that we increase our share in other states as well.
 
On International grounds we have our presence in USA, Belgium, Germany, Italy and South Africa.

Not only do we manufacture seals according to various standards, we also ensure quality at every stage – right from raw material procurement to final product testing and packaging.

Considering the quality, reliability, performance and after sales service; the prices of our seals are economical. Also with 30,000 standard sizes available in stock, more than lakh moulds available and having a capacity for machining seals; Spareage products becomes much economical compare to competitors.
 
What new techniques your company is using to design and mould these complete Seals solutions?
With a team of field engineer’s we understand the application at customers end and give appropriate solutions from our wide range or create customised optimistic solutions without major modification to its existing setup. Supply seals, witness the fitment and monitor its working hence Spareage is involved in every stage of development with customers. With new state-of-art laboratory, R&D centre and latest product performance testing facility to test and designing the seals.
 
Do you have any plan to introduce new products in the market?
At Spareage we are always on the forefront of cutting edge technology and innovation. With the growth in the manufacturing sector we are designing and introducing new products regularly. The products offer new profiles, M.O.C and applications.
 
New design v-rings and rotary shaft seals are introduced for steel mills. In addition to seals, we have introduced for the first time in India, a special tool kit for installation and removal of seals.   Spare – o- Lube, a special lubricant for seals was launched some time back. This special lubricant is compatible with all seal materials, thus reducing seal failures. Spareage is launching exclusive product range for Oil & Gas segment, Food & Pharma, Pumps & Motors etc., shortly.
 
In addition, Spareage has entered in to the V-Belt segment by acquiring Nirlon V-Belts. Since its takeover a year and half ago, the Nirlon Spareage V-Belts have gained good market shares in the markets launched.
