Waaree Group started its business journey with the formation of WAAREE Instruments Ltd, founded in 1989. Since then there has been no looking back and the group has progressively advanced and diverse into other business areas apart from Instrumentation. Waaree Group is youthful and vibrant with balanced combination of Maturity, Innovation & Creativity.
 
Waaree Group is active today in the business verticals of: Process Control Instrumentation, Severe Service Valves, Solar Power, Oils & Lubricants, Petroleum Equipment Division, and Industrial Retail.
 
Today, Waaree Group employs more than 1200 people and is active in more than 7 countries globally. We have multi location manufacturing facilities and strategic partners in more than 65 countries of the world.

Brief us about your manufacturing facilities in India.
We have Manufacturing facilities at Vapi, Gujarat for manufacturing of Process Control Instruments and a Plant at Sachin, Surat for manufacturing Solar / PV Modules with a yearly production capacity of 30 MW. These are quite sophisticated units using the latest technology available in market. They are probably the most advanced manufacturing facilities in this part of the world. We invite and welcome our customers to see it to believe it.
 
Can you discuss your overseas business?
Today WAAREE Group has evolved as an organization with global reach and having multi business activities. Waaree has overseas offices in Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Italy, Moscow, Shanghai and Riyadh. The WAAREE group is also a strategic distributor in over 65 countries.
 
We also have plans for increasing our manufacturing facilities overseas in strategic markets and are on the lookout for acquiring companies who shall add value and synergy to our business growth & dominance.
 
Any other expansion plans in pipeline?
We are continuously investing in large proportions for enhancing and increasing our production facilities for various product offerings in Instrumentation & Solar Power. We also have plans for establishing state of the art manufacturing facilities for level gauges and severe service valves.
