However, the market is expected to gain momentum with the rising popularity of Industry 4.0, Machine learning & advanced computer-aided manufacturing across industries.

Cutting tools & indexable inserts are related terms for Metal cutting industry whereas carbide rods are mainly used for Toolmakers solution. Virtual components can be calculated on the computer for deformations and stresses under the influence of a variety of forces are simulated. These so-called virtual prototypes help to save development time and costs well before actual production, as possible design errors can be detected and avoided in advance.

In these times, where trade fairs are few and far between and direct contact with the customer is much more difficult, innovative approaches are required to reach our target groups. In light of this, the CERATIZIT group has developed a new presentation format that provides its customers with the ideal mixture of information, entertainment and interaction, all in a stylish TV-show format. ‘CERATIZIT – It’s Tool Time!’

Viewers can look forward to a 45-minute show which aims to inform and entertain at the same time. The main characters will be the cutting tools, but the audience will also be given lots of interesting glimpses behind the scenes at the tool manufacturer.

What are future expansion plans in the next three years?

We are growing and we are expanding our manufacturing setup and have planned an investment of ₹15 crores in the coming years.
