RSB bags international awards for excellence in HR & CSR Leadership

Nirmala Behera Udgata, Executive Director – Group HR and Priyanka Behera, Head – Group CSR, RSB Group, have been conferred with Hall of Fame, The Golden Globe Tigers Award 2018, respectively for Excellence in HR Leadership & Excellence in CSR Leadership in the individual category at World HR & CSR Congress, Kula Lumpur.

The awards are tribute to those who are world leaders and passionate in HR & CSR, have contributed significantly and excelled in their roles globally. The World HR/CSR Congress pays tribute to such leaders who are transformational agents.

According to RSB, the criteria of selecting HR & CSR Hall of Fame The Golden Globe Tigers Award 2018, is after intense research process undertaken by the research cell which consists of professionals in history and management with wide research experience. It is the iconic job of the research cell to produce a shortlist of individuals who are doing extraordinary work in HR and CSR and track the record of their achievements. The shortlist is then reviewed by a Jury Panel comprising of top professionals from across the globe, based on the nominations received.
