TSNIITMASH to open training centers in India, as well as for joint development, assimilation, and technological support of the introduction of end-to-end technologies of manufacturing products for heavy and power engineering
PJSC SPA TSNIITMASH (a part of the machine building division of Rosatom – Atomenergomash) has signed two cooperation agreements with Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd (India).
The documents contain provisions for opening training centers in India, as well as for joint development, assimilation, and technological support of the introduction of end-to-end technologies of manufacturing products for heavy and power engineering. The agreements were signed in the course of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Moscow at the end of December 2015.
“The agreements are important steps in the overall context of Russian-Indian technological cooperation. They will allow us to organise a systematic exchange of knowledge and experience between the specialists of our companies, as well as create a basis for further development of our cooperation and implementation of large-scale joint projects,” commented Deputy CEO for Scientific Work of PJSC SPA TSNIITMASH Konstantin Kosyrev.
Among other things, within the scope of the existing agreements, new training centres specialising in four disciplines will be opened in India in 2016. Employees of Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd will complete their training there. They will be taught by TSNIITMASH specialists, and the total length of the training course will be 12 months, including the time for development and adaptation of methodological materials.
