Salasar launches heavy steel manufacturing plant in Hapur, UP

The launched plant is one of the largest installed capacities in North India with a total production capacity of 15000 tonne per annum.

Salasar Techno Engineering has announced the launch of its new manufacturing plant for structural steel fabrication in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The Structural Steel is widely used in large scale construction projects. The new facility is set up to continue to contribute towards the development of national infrastructure powered by technology.

The manufacturing facility is prepared to provide heavy structural steel fabrication for Airport Hangers, Bridges, High-rise buildings, Metro stations, PEB building, Power Plant, Process Plants and Warehouses. The unit is spread over 60,000 square meters and is aimed at providing 360 degree solutions for heavy steel structures. Starting from conceptual and structural design to fabrication, supply, erection and handover to end-user.

The facility is equipped with an equipped with an automated multi torch CNC plasma cutting machine for extreme precision. It is installed with twin-wire both sides, advanced beam welding line from Corimpex Italy, 7-axis CNC drilling machine, automated blasting & painting machine for multi-coat painting and many more.

The company incorporates new technologies to provide smart solutions for customised steel fabrication and infrastructural development in India and expansion plans of equipping its new heavy steel structural plant with modern techniques and seeks to provide employment to more than 1000 people including contracted labor.
