LANXESS postpones Annual Stockholders’ Meeting 2020 owing to corona pandemic

Due to the rapid spread of the coronavirus in Germany, speciality chemicals company LANXESS will not be able to hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting scheduled for 13th May 2020 in the LANXESS arena in Cologne. The Board of Management of LANXESS AG decided to postpone the event to a later date in view of protection of the health of employees, stockholders and the service providers involved. By postponing the event, LANXESS wants to help contain the spread of the virus.

Since the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will not be held on theoriginal date, the resolution on the appropriation of the 2019 balancesheet profit and thus the payment of the dividend will be postponed,among other things. LANXESS will announce the new date for theAnnual Stockholders’ Meeting 2020 in due time.
