Kamdhenu Group resumes 80% of its steel TMT bars manufacturing capacity

Kamdhenu Limited, a well-diversified group in steel and paint, announced that it has resumed around 80 percent of its production capacity of branded TMT bars from its franchisee manufacturing plants across India.

The company’s manufacturing plants are situated across the country including Odisha, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, J&K, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Northeastern region.

“With the start of phase 3 of unlocking in India, we are expecting the gradual recovery of the economy in the coming months. We have resumed effectively operations of around 80 percent at our steel TMT bars manufacturing units. At the same time we are also adhering to all the precautions at all our offices and manufacturing units such as social distancing, sanitization, wearing of hand gloves and other norms,” said Satish Kumar Agarwal, CMD, Kamdhenu Group.

He adds, “The company is expecting to resume full operation across the country soon, we are working towards that.”
