New digital pressure controls  Atos proportional pressure control valves and ISO cartridges integrate a pressure transducer to offer superior performances for hysteresis, response time, linearity and stability. The on board digital driver control in closed loop the valve’s regulation and, thanks to the pressure transducer feedback, also corrects non-linearities and regulation drifts.
The valve’s dynamic behaviour may be easily adjusted and set by Atos unique PC software, fieldbus interfacing are optionally available: CANopen, PROFIBUS DP, EtherCAT. Maximum pressure 350 bar – maximum flow up to 4.500 l/min.
New Servo proportional – size 06 & 10New TES servo proportionals have integral digital driver designed for fine closed loop control of the valve regulation… at the top of proportional lines.
They have spool-sleeve execution for precise zero overlapping, digital electronics with software setting of functional parameters, high dynamics (120 Hz) and response time (0-100 per cent – 10 ms) with excellent reliability: the best solution for high quality systems.
Digital electronics is programmable by Atos unique PC software or Fieldbus: CANopen, PROFIBUS DP or EtherCAT.
New TES execution is water proof IP66/67 with rugged construction to withstand vibrations and shocks, up to 50g; ex-proof and stainless steel execution available.
New 420 bar electrohydraulicsAtos hydraulic components with 420 bar maximum pressure has been specifically developed for the heavy industry (i.e. forging, presses) to allow the undersizing of the hydraulic system with cost reduction and performances improvements.
The new “high pressure” line includes on-off and proportionals directional valves – size 06 ÷ 25; pressure relief valves and cartridges; servo proportional cartridges size 50 ÷ 100; to allow the development of complete hydraulic systems with maximum flows up to 10.000 l/min.
