We also displayed T6300 tube solution, which has a 300 millimetre diameter for round tubes and can process square tubes up to 200 millimetres square. Also, laser cutting machine on display is a limited edition laser cutting machine. New proprietary software has been integrated into a high-end laser cutting machine. Different machines will have different features. However, it includes IoT-enabled solutions. So, customers will be able to manage inventory, workforce, and time in a much more productive manner.”

Sridhara Dharmarajan, Executive VP & MD, Hexagon says that,” manufacturing intelligence IndiaWe have the products for smart manufacturing or industry 4.0. We are the only company in the world, which has got to design, manufacturing and quality solutions together and we are integrated in a digital world. For us manufacturing starts right from the design stage, because 80 percent of the cost of the product is decided at 20 percent of the product lifecycle. Whether you are going to do additive manufacturing, forming, fording, whether you are going to read whether you are going to revert the parts together, all these decisions taken by the design. So for us manufacturing starts right from the design stage. The companies like Hexagon play role in helping the MSMEs, in helping this whole large manufacturing companies to take these new technologies, smart manufacturing, to ensure that we leapfrog the manufacturing, just like what will leapfrog to the telecom and the other area. So I feel many of this geopolitical situation will really help India in a big way if we make our moves properly.”

Rishi Kapoor, Associate VP & Country Head, Sheet Metal Meiban Engineering Technologies Pvt. Ltd.said that,”Meiban displayed the Murata AC servo turret punch press, our premium product. It also showed Morata AC servo press brake for the first time. This machine, consisting of a two-meter length, can be utilised without oil. Meiban Engineering technology’s next plan is to innovate for more economical automation. The company is also attempting to assist small-scale enterprises by offering machines from a local centre in Bangalore, which means we are saving them rupees.”

Amar Kulkarni, Vice President Sales, Polyworks India explained that,” Ployworks India demonstrated the latest functionalities in the PolyWorks Inspector 22 and PolyWorks monitor. Three significant developments are highlighted in PolyWorks Inspector. The very first development helps customers measure faster in environments where they do not have a 3D CAD module. This is a significant advancement because the entire manufacturing industry is rapidly adopting 3D CAD models for the inspection process. Polyworks highlights four main developments and are developing software that can handle a large number of pieces.”

E Ayyamperumal, General Manager, Marketing –South India Energy Mission Machineries (India) Pvt. Ltd says that,”Sheet metal processing equipment ranging from a shared press brake to plate rolling, hydraulic presses, an iron worker, and a panel bender are displayed. Similarly, plate rolling is not included in the series because the machines are not manufactured by us. This is our primary business. The product is made in India. We’ve been working in this field for the past 22 years and supply and service all over the world. There is no quality compromise on any mission in any part of our supply area. Similarly, we have direct interaction with suppliers, and provide excellent after-sales support. V-green is our most recent product development and innovation. As previously stated, Hydraulic Press is a high speed equation. We automated robotics with Press Break The current geopolitical situation is influencing our global growth, either directly or indirectly.”

Nitin Chowdhari, Founder,Shree Rapid Technologies said that,”Shree Rapid Technologies provides the best in class 3D Printing technology, from scanning to designing to printing and post-processing. Shree Rapid represents some of the leading brands in 3D printing technology. We have always strived to bring the latest 3D Printing and Post processing technologies to the Indian market with the aim to push AM adoption for all in the Indian manufacturing sector. At our customer Innovation Center (CIC) we offer benchmarking services to our clients and furthermore it’s a place where the machines can be seen in action. The Figure 4 with its ultrafast printing capabilities has been making a lot of noise in the market and has become the first choice of many clients. We have installed 25 of the Figure 4 machines in India today which are sold across industries like engineering, dental, jewellery to name a few. 3D printing will become an essential component of digital manufacturing. t. We can apply the technology to various applications, study the different customer requirements, and use it for their applications. So, that is something new that we are constantly doing.”

Mohankumar, Regional Sales Manager- South India Schmalz explained that,”Schmalz manufactures vacuum metal handling systems. And we have two divisions: management and automation. So, for those who prefer manual handling as an economic planning solution, we offer a backup system for handling bottom boxes, various types of sheet models, and different applications. The other division is the automation division, which includes robotic applications. We can now provide a complete automation solution, a complete SPM automation robotic application, and all vacuum product applications.”

Anil Kumar Miglani, Managing Director, Angel India CAD CAM Pvt. Second, aside from the heavy welding solution, if some industry is looking to enter the automation with a low-cost budget, to begin with, we have the QRH 290 series now. The benefit is that you don’t have to run around to a robotic or power supplier separately. If I talk about the features, one of them is our new welding technology in the power source, called Fine Weld, which can be used for manual and automation processes. The availability of skills becomes a primary concern during the pandemic. We want to start with a low-cost system for whoever wants to get started. Following the pandemic, it was abundantly clear to the industry that workforce skill could not be the only option for future growth. Following the pandemic, we saw a significant increase in the demand for automation. We are getting a lot of positive feedback in the market, not only from customers but also from many dealers and partners who are approaching us.”
