We will be displaying our world famous five axis simultaneous machine model VMX42SRTi. This machine is a most versatile machine as compare to other five axis machine available in market. It comes with a Tilting and submerged rotary table of Dia. 600 mm and total bed size 1270 mm x 610mm. It can serve various industry such as die and mould, aerospace and general engineering. It can be used for machining of parts where you require a 90-degree positioning. Hurco five axis machine also comes with all the required safety and programming featured to make your machining process more productive and efficient. This machine is one of the most demanded five axis machine model.

At IMTEX 2019, we are launching our new machine HM1700Ri. It’s a HMC with bigger work envelope and a massive dia. 800 mm in built rotary table. This machine has got a work envelope of 1700 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm.

The new product announced by Hurco are designed to meet the requirements of the advanced manufacturing sector in India; from the need to produce parts with increasing complexity and tighter tolerances, to the drive to reduce costs, to increase speed of operation and the requirement to improve the ease-of-use for new technology. Hurco invites all to come and join the grand launch of HM1700Ri at IMTEX 2019. We are located this time at Hall 4, Stall no. C113.

We are focusing on launch of BALIQ UNIQUE new coating technology. In short we expect brand image building.Expecting good enquiry for S3P, BALIQ UNIQUE etc.

Renishaw, returns to IMTEX for the show’s 50th anniversary, which is taking place at the Bangalore. The show’s 50th anniversary will be marked by the introduction of an Industry 4.0 Pavilion. In line with this, Renishaw will showcase a complete automation cell, demonstrating to manufacturers how intelligent process control is key to the operation of a successful smart factory. Additionally, the company will launch several new products to address the industry’s need for automated process control.

IMTEX is an important platform for us to showcase our latest technologies and connect with potential buyers, valued channel partners, and end users. This is essential as it provides us with the chance to reinforce existing partnerships and cultivate new ones.

At IMTEX 2019, we plan to display our new revolutionary technologies, create awareness and impart knowledge about Renishaw and its range of innovative solutions, besides learning about new trends in the manufacturing sector. We expect to connect with the users of machine tools from automotive, defence, aerospace, railways and engineering sectors. We are also launching 10 products and there are 2 global launch. This shows how important IMTEX 2019 is for Renishaw.

Renishaw will demonstrate intelligent process control for larger parts, by exhibiting the Equator 500. The new, larger system enables the accurate gauging of larger parts due to a working volume of 500 mm in diameter and up to 400 mm in height, increasing the flexibility and range of applications for the Equator system.

Renishaw will have a separate additive manufacturing stand, where it will exhibit the four-laser RenAM 500Q. Renishaw will also demonstrate its software for metal AM, including QuantAM build preparation software, remote process monitoring application, InfiniAM Central, and the InfiniAM spectral application for the live feedback on energy input and emissions.

At IMTEX 2019, the company will also showcase a new version of SupaTouch, an intelligent optimisation routine as part of its inspection plus macro software for machine probing cycles, which leads to a cycle time reduction for CNC machine tools of up to 60 per cent. The updated software offers usability enhancements in the optimisation routing to give users full control of probing cycle feed rates.

Visitors to Renishaw’s stand can experience the multi-sensor capability of the REVO 5-axis measurement system on co-ordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Renishaw will also highlight the SFP2 surface finish probe, which increases the surface finish measurement ability of the REVO system, combining surface finish measurement and dimensional inspection into a single platform to give unrivalled advantages in time, part handling and return on investment.

Renishaw’s new ultra-compact, highly repeatable radio probe, RMP400 will make its debut in India at IMTEX. Perfect for small 5-axis machine tools, particularly in mold and die and aerospace applications, the strain-gauge probe gives a reliable touch-trigger solution for part setting, feature measurement and machine performance checking.

At the show, Renishaw will demonstrate the benefits of its new CARTO 3.0 software, which supports the XR20-W rotary axis calibrator to quickly capture and analyse data from rotary axes. This provides an easy-to-use and intuitive software solution for all Renishaw laser calibration products, reducing the calibration time of a 5-axis machine tool to several hours.

Visitors can learn more about Renishaw’s popular smartphone apps including; GoProbe, which generates code for machine tool probing and the Trigger Logic app, which provides users with a simple way to customise their Renishaw probe settings.

IMTEX 2019 is one of the best opportunities to see current clients we support and value as well as meet many new prospects. For this event, we enjoy the chance to share our extensive range of holemaking and finishing products with such a diverse group of manufacturers from all over India. We are expecting a lot of visitors, not only from India but across the Asia and Europe too.

We are excited to showcase two new innovations at IMTEX: the NOVITECH vibration dampening intermediate module system and the 4TEX indexable insert drilling system.

The NOVITECH vibration dampening intermediate module increases the productivity, surface quality, and process reliability in boring operations while extending the life of both the insert and the machine center’s spindle. Mounted inside the patented NOVITECH system, the viscoelasticity mounted damper modules reduce vibrations during the machining of diameters ranging from 50mm – 205mm (1.97” – 8.07”), with lengths up to 10xD.

We will also feature the new 4TEX indexable insert drill, ideal for making shallow 2xD, 3xD, and 4xD holes in the 12-47 mm (.472” – 1.850”) range. 4TEX provides higher penetration rates than standard twist drills for light duty machines and is also an excellent choice for making interrupted cuts or drilling on angled surfaces.

This innovative design eliminates the center coolant outlet to increase the drill’s core strength, resulting in improved hole size and straightness. Dual twisted coolant outlets improve penetration rates by enhancing coolant flow and generating superior chip evacuation.

While IMTEX is completing it’s 50 years this year, it is always delightful to participate and showcase products. This year we can expect a huge number of participants from tooltech industry looking for business opportunities and partnerships to expand product outreach. We believe this year, tooltech industry would be in search for more advanced technologies that can enhance the overall productivity. India is also a thriving market for foreign industries to tap in and also manufacturing industries are a destination for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

We are putting forward our OPTIFLY solutions along with best in class laser marking and welding systems. This year we are launching an enhanced version of OPTIFLY which is aimed at making the production process intuitively smart. With this new solution, tool manufacturing industry would benefit in improvising production time and quality of the products. The solution is designed by SLTL Group’s in-house R&D team to smartly intervene from identifying the article to operate on and to quality check through the vision system. Henceforth, more quality product and maximum business gains. The solution is the best fit with the company’s laser systems.
