Manleo is Showcasing its widely accepted Make in India Tool Setters at IMTEX

Bangalore-based Manleo Designs is demonstrating its revolutionary Datum Finder Probes and Tool Setters at upcoming IMTEX 2023, in Bengaluru. Launched during later part of 2021, Opto Z (automatic Tool setter) has received good response from the industry. MANLEO specialises into manufacturing of precision CNC Probes and Tool Setters for variety of industries like Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Medical Implants, Pharma, Tool rooms, Die & Moulds. The exhibition starts on 19th of January in Bangalore and will continue till 25th January.

Custom Solutions:
Manleo has developed customized solutions for customers using Twin Spindle, Twin Pallet with W axis for both Tool breakage, Tool measurement and W Axis correction. For Die & Mould customers, customized solution for Non-ATC has helped in >70% blue matching in the first operation. Manleo is known for providing customized macros in accordance with customers internal setting process to minimize change management.

Rigid Build:
Opto Z is designed to take 30 kgs of abuse on all sides and it takes a lot to damage the product. Design is such that Tool setter is not affected by chips or coolant at even high pressure of 80 bar.
Easy Maintenance:
Design is such that cleaning, calibrating Opto Z is extremely simple and can be done by employees themselves without having need to call in Manleo Team for the same. The product can be taken out and put back in based on jobs/ table utilization.
Macro cycles:
Manleo has created Macro cycles and programmers that considers skill level and experience of Operators and hence, using Tool setters does not need help of Programmers or setters.
