SDTRONICS is one of the system oriented companies in the field of automation cables since 23 years! They support many MNC’s dealing in servo, encoder, CNC, robot, and PLC for import substitute cables. They support 250 and more companies such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Delta, Omron, Fanuc, Siemens, Bharat Forge and many more OEMs across pan India for various automation accessories.

When we talk about an application, it means standard i.e. stationed or drag chain (movable). Almost all cables used are shielded as a basic specification and compatible “CE” and “ROHS” norms as well. As per site condition, they add drag chain duty cable which has a bending capacity in million while functioning.

Testing of all cables, functionally, are on PLC, HMI and servo motor set up with special program. They deal in 4 major categories in automation field:
Power cables: For supporting power cables from 750W to 50KW servo motors which is from 4 A to 250A, they have 0.75*4 core to 35*4 core shielded/non-shielded/std. or drag chain duty power cables.
Encoder cables: These are noise sensitive data transmitting cables. Shielded twisted pair cables are used as standard along with a range of drag chain duty cables for moving applications.
Interface cables and interfacing modules: One more specialty support supply to avoid excessive wiring in panel from servo interface connector to PLC or from PLC plug & play solution is beauty of this.
Communication cable: In this category, they have a wide range as per data sensitivity and application! While selecting cable, they consider application, distance between PLC & HMI.
