General Imsubs blow off products save compressed air up to 80 per cent

Industry uses compressed air in many operations and generally it’s observed that industries are using wasteful conventional compressed air blow off nozzles and products. When compressed air is blown out of conventional blow nozzles, it consumes high volume of air and creates safety hazards to operator. International safety norms do not permit compressed air blowing if dead end pressure exceeds 30 PSIG.

In order to save compressed air there by reducing operating costs, General Imsubs offers wide range of compressed air saving, air amplifying blow guns, blow nozzles and linear blow- air curtains. General Imsubs offers product groups such as real blow and eX blow guns.

Real blow group consists of adjustable and non-adjustable high volume nozzles, long pipes and very high thrust air amplifying jets. These type of nozzles and jets are quiet and meets OSHA dead-end safety norms. eX blow range of products consists of ergonomically made, very high volume, high thrust blow guns made out of tough engineering plastics.

All General Imsubs blow off products works on Coanda effect while using Bernoulli principle and it has air amplification ratio as high as 12 times.
