As per site condition,they add drag chain duty cable which have bending capacity in million while functioning.
Their cable quality in terms are based on parent company’s standards and their quality norms. All cables are tested functionally on PLC, HMI and servo motor set up with special program.
They deal in 4 major categories in automation field:
• Power cables: They support power cables from 750W to 50KW and servo motors from 4 A to 250A. They make use of 0.75×4 core to 35×4 core shielded/non shielded/ std. or drag chain duty power cables.
• Encoder Cables: These are noise sensitive data transmitting cables. A shielded twisted pair cable is used for the standard and a range of drag chain duty cables for moving applications.
• Interface cables and interfacing modules: They support supply to avoid excessive wiring in panel from servo interface connector to PLC or from PLC plug & play solution is beauty of this.
• Communication cable: In this category, they have a wide range of cables as per data sensitivity and application. While selecting cable, the application and distance between PLC and HMI is considered.
