Dalal Engg to launch rapid ball burnishing machines

Opportunities for metal forming industry are growing as more and more manufacturing industries are coming up as a part of ‘Make in India’ policy. However, Ranjith points out, some fundamental changes in the technology may reduce the need for process that are highly polluting. He says, “A manual buffing unit which almost every manufacturing industry has, forms lot of pollution which is a threat to human life. The main challenge is how to overcome that as far as finishing process is concerned.” Dalal Engineering offers Talking about the machines offered by Dalal Engineering, Ranjith says, “We offer machines for secondary operations in manufacturing process i.e. surface treatment such as deburring, polishing, preplate finish and mirror finishing.” Dalal Engineering also offers standard vibratory finishing machines, centrifugal barrel finishing machines, centrifugal disc finishing machines, rapid ball burnishing, fully automated deburring and polishing system and water filtration and recycling unit.
IMTEX FORMING 2016 Talking about Dalal Engineering’s participation in IMTEX Forming 2016, Ranjith says, “We are participating with an agenda of exploring the possibility of mass finishing machines in forming industry. We would be launching rapid ball burnishing machines for mass mirror finishing of metal parts and will be displaying centrifugal disc finishing machine.”
