SDLG oils & lubricants to enhance performance of components

 SDLG has been present in India since 2009, and offers its fuel-efficient, cost-effective wheel loaders and motor graders. Certified by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), the products are customised for the Indian environment. SDLG is the supplier-of-choice to some of the country’s leading contractors in the quarrying, mining, roads, railway siding and ports segments.
SDLG range of wheel loadersLG979226kw, powered by SDLG tier III engine with highly productive LG979 wheel loader. It features an electronically-controlled engine and transmission giving improved productivity and performance.
LG938L (ARAI approved)The 11t L938L wheel loader is designed for optimum break-out force to ensure a full bucket load every cycle – improving productivity and efficiency. The machine’s long wheelbase and high tipping load mean it stays stable even on rough terrain. The machine also features the powerful Deutz tier III engine, which is matched to the hydraulic pump for further enhanced performance.
LG958L (ARAI approved)The 17t L958L wheel loader features Deutz tier III engine with ZF powershift transmission. Configured to allow four forward, and three reverse settings, this single-lever control transmission makes the machine easy to operate. The structural components are specially adapted for job site conditions and put through rigorous strength tests to ensure the durability of parts.
SDLG G9190 motor grader148kw, powered by Deutz tier III engine with highly productive G9190 motor grader. The motor grader features a hydraulically-controlled movable blade for precision and performance. It offers improved performance on any terrain from highways and airports to construction and agricultural applications.
It also offers customers a 13ft moldboard as standard for wider grade coverage with several other optional attachments like ripper, scarifier and dozer blade.

The details of the SDLG’s offerings at bC India are as follows:• SDLG Engine Oil which is blended with hydro-cracked base oils to deliver higher levels of engine cleanliness, which in turn leads to longer engine life, better output efficiency and lower maintenance costs.
• SDLG Hydraulic Oil, which is also made from hydro-cracked base oils and which offers better thermal stability to protect components from oxidation and sludge build up as they are exposed to the higher temperatures caused by working operations.
• SDLG Gear Oil, which is a lubricant to be used with a variety of transmission units. It offers long-term stable viscosity, which contributes to lower noise and offers better wear protection, even in the most demanding applications.
