Indian companies to showcase ‘Intelligence in Production’ at EMO Hannover 2013

EMO Hannover 2013, the world’s largest forum for metalworking and machine tool industry, will primarily focus on “Intelligence in Production” with leading Indian companies including – Ace Designers Ltd, Ace Manufacturing Systems, AXIS, Bipico Industries (tools), CP Grat-Ex Mfg Co, Geometric Technologies Inc, Jyoti CNC Automation, KTA Spindle Toolings, Macpower CNC Machines, Micromatic Grinding Technologies, Pragati Automation, Shobha Industries, Sphoorti Machines Tools, participating to showcase their innovative products that offer multiple options for meeting the requirements of the customers having multiple production locations. EMO Hannover 2013 to be held in Germany from September 16-21, 2013 at Hannover, Germany expects more than 2,000 exhibitors from all over the world. Companies from across the world will be demonstrating their innovative and intelligent solutions at the world’s largest international platform for production technology, covering the entire range of state-of-the-art metalworking products.
The event will focus on cutting and forming machine tools, manufacturing systems, precision tools, automated flow of material, computer technology, industrial electronics and accessories, as the fair covers manufacturing technology in its entirety. The Indian machine tool industry, which is in a position to export machine tools to other countries, is laying overwhelming emphasis on the development of fully automated machines that are designed, produced and operated sustainably in a energy efficient manner and are eco-friendly.
“Our customers are facing major challenges worldwide”, says Dr. Wilfried Schäfer, Executive Director of the EMO organiser VDW (German Machine Tool Builders’ Association) in Frankfurt, Germany. In the face of enormous pressure on costs, plus exceptionally tough requirements for efficiency and minimised environmental impact, production operations will have to be maximally cost-effective in the future as well. “Production experts from all over the world are seeking answers to these challenges, which is why they are looking forward with keen anticipation to the EMO Hannover 2013”, adds Dr. Schäfer.
