LMW displayed some of the latest machines in turning, milling and turnmill centers at Machauto 2023 held at Ludhiana.
The engineering conglomerate, Lakshmi Machine Works Limited started its value-driven machine tool division in 1988 to produce the finest range of CNC Machines. The journey of LMW was established in 1962 to provide Indian textile mills with the latest spinning technologies. Smart Minimaster – Horizontal Turning Center
The Smart Minimaster, ultra compact turning center with turret and linear tooling options to address the demands of emerging industries towards accuracy and productivity. It comes with 5” chuck, 6000 rpm spindle speed, 3.7/ 5.5 kW power and 30 m/min rapid rates as standard. It occupies a meagre 1.77 Sqm. floor space. Smart Minimaster is a perfect choice for precision machining requirements for industries such as fittings, connectors, bearings, etc.
J2 – Vertical Machining Center
The J Series machines have high demand in the market for its reliability, performance and precision. It provides wide working area, spindle power ranging from 7.5 to 22 kW and spindle speed upto 12,000 rpm. The ergonomically designed machine supports easy loading and unloading operations. The tool change takes less than 2 seconds, saving significant time. LL20MY L5 – Turnmill Center
The LL20MY L5 is a 4-axis turnmill center with high-precision roller LM guideways. It has maximum turning dia upto 300 mm and spindle speed up to 4000 rpm. This machine comes with 12 station drive tools. The highly rigid bed structure helps for heavy cutting. This machine is a great choice for Agri & Earthmovers, Aerospace, Defence, Automobile, Pumps & Valves, Die & Mould, Medical and General Engineering.
